Family and friends of Jason Chapel:
Are you still recovering from the fall festival?  I am.  There are “guesstimates” that somewhere between 200 and 250 people visited our campus for the evening and events. Thank you to the team who helped stack chairs and set out tables and white chairs after worship.  Thank you to Kerri Wheeler and her family for sticking around after worship and setting up festival games.  Thank you to Bendee Bess for setting up cornhole boards, decorating tables, and helping the kitchen. Thank you to those who worked in the hot kitchen baking potatoes and keeping chili warm. Thank you to those who served as game-masters and helped children with the festival. Thank you to face painters, cake walkers, cupcake makers, food bringers, candy donators, hayride drivers, cake bakers, dessert bidders, and the many other items I am surly overlooking. Thank you to the Tennessee City Volunteer Fire Department for being on campus and allowing kids and adults to sit and stand on …

Congratulations to Ryan and Amber Brown for joining together in matrimony on October 13, 2018.  The wedding was an outdoor wedding in our neighboring field, followed by a reception in the Family Life Center.  What I saw of both areas, was absolutely beautiful.  Ryan is the son of our own Charlie and Kelly Brown, and I know they are very proud.

Indivisible will begin showings at the MiDeGa Theatre in Waverly on October 26, 2018. If you would like more information about the movie you can go to: I personally plan to talk to my Sunday school class and pick a time we could all go see it together.  Is that some…

Makenzie and the baby are doing well and will continue to find their places in our prayers.
Jason Chapel will once again be affected by fall schedules and traveling families due to the much-deserved fall breaks. However, I do want to report we will be running full programing this Wednesday. Rev. Ray Brunet will continue his studySharing Your Faith, I will continue a look into Kyle Idleman’s book, Not a Fan. Our ladies continue their look at the Women of the Bible. And ourchildren continue practice and rehearsal for our Christmas program. Our teens will be enjoying a night off campus bowling; that sounds like a great time.
Located in the Foyer of the Family Life Center you will see a large basket.  If you would like to d…
